Shipping and returns...

Postage / shipping is calculated on the weight of your order. Small orders are sent through Royal Mail and typically take 2-3 days to arrive. Larger / heavier orders and sent via our courier. Prior to dispatching goods via courier we will contact you to arrange a delivery date (someone will need to sign for the goods).

If an item is received damaged please inform us as soon as reasonably possible. For goods delivered by courier you should inspect the outer packaging and inform the driver of any obvious damage. Clearly mark the delivery sheet as "DAMAGED" where applicable.

We operate a money-back satisfaction guarantee. We are happy to accept returned items for full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase in an unused, saleable condition. If returning items, please remember to enclose the original packing slip. With the exception of faulty goods we are unable to refund either outbound or inbound carriage/postage charges.
