Fast delivery

We don't believe in "drop shipping" or contracting out our warehousing or distribution processes. All of the goods listed on are website are held in stock, by us, and (with the exception of large/heavy items/orders) dispatched the same day (orders received before 7pm on a working day).

Large and/or heavy items/orders are sent via our courier (City Link) - usually dispatched the same day (where your order is received before 3pm) for next working day delivery. Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the package between 9am and 5pm.

If you are ordering at short notice for a special occassion (eg. birthday) and need a guaranteed delivery date then please ask us to upgrade the service to Special Delivery (extra charges will apply).
