Where are your toys from?
We source our toys from far and wide, always looking for innovative toys at the right price. We contacted over 100 manufacturers to compile the opening catalogue - hard work, but worth it! Wherever possible we buy direct from the factory to keep our prices as low as possible.
With such a diverse supplier base how do I know your toys are safe?
We go to great lengths to ensure that our toys meet or exceed the necessary standards (EN71) and all the toys we sell are CE certified and marked.
How much is shipping?
The shipping charge is calculated fairly based on the weight of your order. Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail whilst bulkier items are sent via courier.
When can I expect delivery?
Delivery is typically within 2-3 days through Royal Mail, or next working day via courier. Where we are dispatching goods via courier we will contact you first to arrange a suitable delivery day (someone will need to be in to sign for the goods).
Why is some of the print on your boxes in another language?
We told you our supplier base is diverse! We source our toys from China, Spain, America and lots of other countries to find the most exciting products. Because some of the toys aren't primarily intended for the UK market not all of the print is in English. All safety warnings are in English and any toys not suitable for under 3's due to small parts are clearly marked.
Can I return items that I don't want?
Sure - please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Who pays carriage for items I'm returning?
With the exception of faulty goods you are expected to cover carriage on any unwanted items returned.
What about faulty items?
We will be happy to replace or refund the faulty goods and any agreed return postage costs.
Why can't I contact you by telephone?
To streamline our operations and reduce overheads (savings which are ultimately reflected in our prices) we don't employ tele-sales staff. We do however promptly respond to emails and aim to resolve issues within 24 hours.
