In the interests of fairness we like to be open & honest about our terms of business. Please read through these terms and conditions; you will need to accept them before placing an order:

We take all reasonable care to make sure that photos and descriptions are accurate however colours and sizes may vary slightly. If you feel that a description or photo is inaccurate please let us know and we will be happy to correct it.

Prices we quote include VAT but exclude carriage which is added on when you checkout.

Orders received in time are usually shipped for next working day delivery through our courier. Our courier is unable to leave parcels without a signature and is not allowed to leave packages with a neighbour. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your order on the delivery day at the delivery address.

Remember to inspect parcels on delivery. If a package is broken or damaged please inform the driver and mark the courier's manifest accordingly. Be sure to check that the number of parcels you are signing for corresponds to the number of parcels you have received.

We are so confident with the quality of our toys that we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our toys simply return it to us in the original & saleable condition (enclosing the original packing slip) for a full refund on the toy itself.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund outbound or inbound carriage/postage charges (except where goods were received faulty/damaged).

In the unlikely event that we supply you with faulty goods or goods we supply develop a fault within 30 days of purchase please let us know - we will arrange collection of the goods and issue replacement goods or a full refund, at your discretion.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
